Working in a freelance capacity, I led the full rebrand for Norfolk Caravan Sales, delivering a cohesive visual identity across both print and digital touchpoints. This included everything from promotional flyers to the strategy, design and launch of a new, user-focused website. My focus was on capturing the business’s approachable yet trusted character while elevating its visual presence. A key priority was improving usability and navigation, creating clearer user journeys that support engagement, enquiries and sales.
